Job Description

As a seasoned Client Project Manager at NTT DATA, your role involves leading and directing concurrent standard or complex projects. You will be responsible for interfacing with all project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery from concept to implementation. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading and directing standard or complex projects. - Engaging with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Managing client satisfaction, escalations, and acting as a single point of contact. - Ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and meeting quality criteria. - Managing project delivery, scope control, and change management. - Documenting and managing risks and issues. - Providing clear and concise communications to all stakeholders. - Supporting pre-sales activities by scoping and costing project solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Seasoned project management skills. - Strong relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders. - Customer satisfaction management skills and ability to handle escalations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Capability to work in high-pressure environments. - Business acumen, commercial skills, and proactive attitude. - Ability to promote project services effectively. - Competency in project change management and problem-solving. - Knowledge of the industry, domain, or technology related to projects. Academic qualifications and certifications required: - Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field. - Project management certifications, preferably PMP. - ITIL certification is beneficial. Necessary experience includes: - Project management experience in a multinational professional services environment. - Client engagement experience and understanding of project life cycles. - Competency in project change management and managing expectations.
