Job Description

As an Implementation Specialist within our Client Operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing Client Requests for Treasury Service product modifications and deletions for various account types across different regions. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the central point of transparency for clients, ensuring seamless communication with Sales, Service, and Implementation Support teams. You will receive treasury service maintenance and account closing requests via Deal Manager or mailbox from client service, leading to the initiation of a Deal Manager request. Your role will involve overseeing the delivery of maintenance activities within established service level agreements and conducting inspections and audits of completed implementations. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling rush requests with urgency, assigning requests for clients identified on the Sensitive Client list to seasoned associates, and modifying special processing requirements as needed. It is essential to ensure that "Unable to Offshore" client requests are appropriately managed. As part of your duties, you will serve as the point of contact and escalation for in-country Implementation Support team members, collaborating with Product Manager/Service to determine risk ratings and procedures for requests not listed on the Risk Matrix. Your ability to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues with excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial in fulfilling your responsibilities. Required qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree, strong problem-solving abilities, flexibility to meet tight deadlines, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work effectively. You should be committed to building a client/customer-centered organization, promoting partnership, encouraging collaboration, information sharing, and breaking down silos within the team. Preferred qualifications for this position include proactive behavior in developing solutions, the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment with time-critical deliveries, and timely escalation of issues and concerns to management.
