Client Onboarding Expert

You will be part of ShopDeck, a company that helps e-commerce merchants set up and manage their D2C storefront profitably. The services layer includes roles such as Marketing Manager, Category Manager, Product Manager, and Ops Manager, all crucial for any D2C brand. As an OB Expert at ShopDeck, your role will involve interacting with sellers, collecting necessary data and documents, creating online storefronts, ensuring seller review, and making the storefront live. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and resolve challenges during the onboarding process. This role will allow you to manage multiple stakeholders, support critical business processes, and enhance your interpersonal, coordination, and management skills. To excel in this role, an ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an MNC, startup, or reputable organization, along with a graduate or post-graduate qualification. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, advanced Excel skills, stakeholder management experience, and a solution-oriented approach are essential. You should also possess planning and prioritization abilities, analytical skills, and the capability to present data effectively.
