JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Onboarding & Feedback Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment their onboarding journey to they sign the contract to their full integration with our services along with scheduling their product training. This role is essential for fostering strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring that each client’s journey with us starts off on right foot. You will also gather and process client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our offerings.
