Client Experience Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining our luxury jewelry retail team as a Client Experience Specialist. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service in a high-end showroom setting, guiding clients through their purchasing journey, and ensuring they have a memorable experience while interacting with our brand. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their visit. - Identify customer preferences, styles, and occasions to recommend ideal jewelry options. - Share detailed product knowledge such as materials, stones, craftsmanship, and care tips to enhance the buying experience. - Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals. - Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom, ensuring merchandise is displayed to perfection. - Stay up to date on emerging jewelry trends, seasonal styles, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape. - Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. - Partner with marketing and operations teams to support in-store promotions, campaigns, and events. Qualification Required: - 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or jewelry segments. - Strong knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and materials is an added advantage. - Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Proactive, dependable, and adaptable team player willing to work flexible shifts. - High school diploma required; additional training in Sales, Retail Management, or Marketing is a plus.,
