Job Description Position: Product Manager / Client Experience Manager Location: Thrissur, Kerala Company: Dharmic Homez Role Summary: As the Product Manager for Dharmic’s ultra-luxury villa projects, you will be the single point of contact for high-net-worth clients from first walkthrough to final closure. This role combines deep aesthetic appreciation, client management, design integration, and bespoke consultation. You will ensure an emotionally resonant, design-rich experience that reflects Dharmic’s vision: Ancient Wisdom. Biophilic Living. Global Sophistication. Key Responsibilities: Conduct invite-only walkthroughs, narrating the product story with emphasis on design, experience, and lifestyle value. Handle all client FAQs, from architecture and vastu to automation and materials. Curate bespoke offerings in coordination with design and brand teams based on individual client preferences. Build deep client relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and vision alignment. Own the entire experience and sale closure process with absolute discretion and finesse. Maintain detailed logs of client preferences and feedback in CRM or experience management platforms. Follow up with a white-glove post-walkthrough experience including gifting, updates, and co-creation invitations. Ideal Candidate Profile: 3-8 years of experience in architecture, interior design, luxury art, landscape artist, luxury real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end automotive sales. A degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or Hospitality Management, preferred. Fluent in English and Malayalam (Any other language is a bonus). Excellent presentation skills and emotional intelligence. Strong aesthetic sense, appreciation for detail, and passion for design. Experience handling HNI/UHNI clientele with discretion. Calm, composed demeanor with a solution-first mindset. Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Includes performance-based bonus and client appreciation incentives.
