Job Description

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. You should have strong communication abilities and be able to work flexible hours. Your role will involve greeting visitors and clients, issuing visitor badges, ensuring safety protocols, and handling complaints effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting visitors/clients in a friendly and courteous manner, reflecting the corporate image of the client. - Notifying site personnel of guest arrivals promptly and coordinating with hosts if necessary. - Issuing visitor badges, temporary cards, and access cards, and ensuring their return. - Providing safety briefings and necessary emergency information to clients/visitors. - Ensuring compliance with specific processes/manuals and authorized visitor admission. - Maintaining visitor logs, booking taxis if required, and assisting visitors with special needs. - Keeping lobby, lifts, and public areas clean and organized. - Checking laptop details and verifying Govt. IDs. - Handling client complaints/feedback and escalating issues when necessary. - Coordinating with night shift staff for large parties and ensuring badge allocation. - Following client safety and security protocols, including daily badge reconciliation and shredding. - Participating in emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management.
