Job Description

Your core methodologies & frameworks include Design Thinking and Business Storytelling, aimed at tackling complex business challenges, fostering innovation, and enabling strategic transformations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Engagement:** - Understand the learning & development needs of prospective & existing clients. - Create customized & contextual engagement proposals in collaboration with the Principal Consultant/Project Leader/CD Manager. - Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and addressing their needs throughout the engagement project lifecycle. - **Proposal Development & Communication:** - Collaborate with internal teams to build clear and detailed proposals using MS PowerPoint presentations. - Prepare detailed proposals with objectives, focus areas, challenges, engagement plan, session outlines, activities, and experience enhancers. - Consistently use standard proposal templates adhering to Unbox brand guidelines. - Comply with proposal building standard processes to ensure alignment with internal and external timelines. - **Project Planning & Delivery:** - Collaborate with Project Management Office [PMO] for planning & execution, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations & deadlines. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution. - Monitor progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and prepare detailed project plans using simple Gannt Charts and MS Excel Trackers. - Communicate Engagement Execution Plans & Schedule to the Client and obtain necessary approvals. - **Innovation & Continuous Improvement:** - Identify opportunities for enhancing program delivery through innovative approaches and emerging trends in the learning and development space. - Provide feedback to internal teams on client preferences, contributing to the refinement and improvement of the company's offerings. **Qualifications, Skills & Experience:** - 1-2 years of experience in client/account management, business development, LnD coordination, or project management roles. - Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. - Interest or experience in the Learning & Development space. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage uncertainties effectively. - Creative thinking, research skills, and ability to write clearly & concisely. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel is essential. As a customer-centric, active, extroverted, and creative professional with attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to deal with ambiguity, you will play a crucial role in driving client engagement, proposal development, project planning & delivery, and fostering innovation within the organization. Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving the firm's mission of redefining leadership development and empowering leaders to lead transformative change within their teams and organizations.,
