CLIENT CO-ORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION A Client Coordinator's job is to act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction by managing relationships, coordinating internal teams. They handle client inquiries, onboarding, and ongoing support, ensuring efficient communication and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, answering inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues. Client Onboarding: Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, accounts, dispatch) to ensure client satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on client performance, and client feedback. Identify Opportunities: Identify and present opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients. Problem Solving: Address client issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience. Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, documents, and correspondence. Essential Skills: Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients and internal teams. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and track project timelines. Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner. Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, office software, and other relevant tools. Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
