Job description Location : EGL Tech park , Bangalore. Experience : 2-5 years in C2h staffing Work mode : WFO Role & responsibilities Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions. Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to discuss recruitment status and update them on progress. Interviewing and Selection: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide feedback to candidates and guide them through the recruitment process. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
