Client Communication & Project Manager

Location: Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office Only)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Client Communication & Project Manager to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing international clients (US/UK markets), strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or account management.

You will act as the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, communication remains clear, and relationships are nurtured for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with international (US/UK) clients via email, Zoom, and chat.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality assurance.
• Identify client needs and upsell or cross-sell relevant services where possible.
• Track project progress, create reports, and maintain client satisfaction metrics.
• Participate in strategy calls, review meetings, and client onboarding sessions.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth post-sale handovers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US/UK client communication, sales, or account management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRMs, project management, or collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with digital marketing, IT, or SaaS companies.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and client retention.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and follow-ups.
