Job Description

As a Client Account Management Specialist at Accenture, your role will involve helping balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing resources by driving marketing performance through deep functional and technical expertise. You will accelerate time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services. Your responsibilities will include implementing client account plans, building deeper client relationships, and identifying opportunities to provide additional value to clients. What we are looking for: - Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: You will serve as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, leading requirement-gathering workshops, translating business objectives into actionable technical solutions, establishing operational processes, managing timelines, conducting trainings, and driving alignment through regular status meetings and performance reviews. - Technical Ownership & Solution Design: You will lead the design and implementation of Adobe Campaign solutions, oversee integrations with platforms such as AEM, Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics, and ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards. Your Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Lead requirement-gathering workshops, translate business objectives into technical solutions, establish operational processes, manage timelines, conduct trainings, and drive alignment through regular status meetings and performance reviews. - Technical Ownership & Solution Design: Design and implement Adobe Campaign solutions, oversee integrations with platforms, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards. - Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, ensure brand compliance, accuracy, and lead optimization efforts based on analytics. - Team & Process Leadership: Provide technical guidance to campaign developers, QA analysts, and reporting teams, define coding standards, promote reusable components, and conduct training sessions to ensure quality and consistency. - Operational Governance: Monitor SLAs, track delivery performance, manage incident resolution, maintain campaign assets and documentation, collaborate with internal IT and data teams, and address risks related to deliverability, scalability, and performance.
