Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the organization. Provide administrative support to senior management, handling confidential documents and correspondence. Perform clerical work, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks. Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required. Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position. Proficiency in computer operating systems (Windows) with basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality when necessary.
