Claims Insurance Coordinator

As an Insurance Coordinator, your role involves efficiently processing and managing insurance claims with proper documentation and follow-up. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of liabilities, assets, and policy information. Acting as a point of contact for insurance companies, internal teams, and clients will be crucial in resolving queries and expediting processes. Monitoring policy compliance and ensuring timely renewals, endorsements, and cancellations are met are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist customers in understanding policy coverage, documentation requirements, and claim status. Collaboration with finance and operations departments for insurance-related reconciliations and ensuring adherence to internal SOPs and industry standards will be part of your daily tasks. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-3 years of experience in insurance operations, claims handling, or policy coordination - Sound understanding of insurance products, liabilities, assets, and related regulations - Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and familiarity with insurance software/systems Preferred qualifications: - Prior experience in broking firms or corporate insurance coordination roles - Customer-service orientation with strong problem-solving skills This full-time position requires you to work day shifts in person.
