Conduct thorough investigations into claims, gathering relevant information and evidence. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, customer service) to resolve complex issues. Identify areas for improvement in the claims process and implement changes to increase efficiency. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field (claims processing). Strong understanding of health insurance policies and procedures. Excellent communication skills for effective telephone conversations with customers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
