Roles and Responsibilities : Process insurance claims from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex claim issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Utilize international voice process skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in different time zones. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence. Job Requirements : 3-11 years of experience in an insurance industry or related field. Strong understanding of international voice process procedures and regulations. Proficiency in handling high-volume call traffic while maintaining attention to detail.
