CIW Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Shall carry out the following activities: Ensuring the Body shop equipment are available for daily production. Trouble shooting in PLC logic and modifications as per the requirements. Breakdown corrections and activities to eliminate repeated failures. Programming and trouble of SEW drives. Trouble shooting of issues in robot and field devices. Configuration and Trouble shooting of field network. Robot programming as per the requirements. Planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance schedule. Spare Parts availability tracking and Planning. Timely updating of drawings. Maintaining 5S for the assigned areas. Maintenance of Jig and fixtures and trouble shooting. Responsible for optimizing Energy usage and conservation programs. Daily Startup and annual Shutdown activities Knowledge and skill Requirement: Knowledge about KUKA Robot & Allen Bradley PLC Programming, Trouble shooting, Hands on experience for programming & maintenance of SEW Drives Computer skill MS Word, Excel, PPT. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance exposure Establish and Monitors maintenance measurable like OEE, MTTR, MTBF. Knowledge about ISO / TS 16949/ISO 14001/ISO 50001/ISO 45001 Systems Safety best practices implementation and conducts Hazard identification audits and Risk assessment.
