Job Description

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Steel Structure Surveyor Supervisor to oversee surveying activities for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in surveying civil steel structures, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and regulations. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed surveys of civil steel structures to assess their condition and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Supervise and guide junior surveyors and technical staff during survey operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of survey data, reports, and documentation.
Analyze survey results and provide recommendations for repairs or improvements to structures.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to support project design and implementation.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during survey activities.
Review technical drawings and specifications to inform survey processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in surveying civil steel structures.
Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and levels.
Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and materials.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
