Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices. This role requires effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution.

Duties

• Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Utilize Prolog and HeavyBid software for project management, including construction estimating and tracking progress.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed construction schedules and budgets.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project updates, changes, and expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field, with a strong background in supervising teams.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and project management tools like Prolog.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices within the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
