Civil Site Engineer – Real Estate Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in structural works, site execution, and quality assurance, along with hands-on experience using AutoCAD for technical drawings and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil and structural work at project sites to ensure timely execution as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution of all site activities.
• Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings, ensuring proper implementation on-site.
• Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports, manpower allocation, and material usage records.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
• Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity estimation, and measurement sheets.
• Liaise with procurement and planning teams for timely availability of materials and resources.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or design discrepancies during construction.
• Ensure implementation of safety protocols and environmental standards on-site.
• Utilize AutoCAD for preparing, reviewing, and updating site drawings, layouts, and as-built plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
• 8+ years of proven experience in real estate or construction (residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects).
• Strong knowledge of structural execution, RCC works, and finishing activities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other project management tools.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within deadlines.
