Job summary

Hiring a Civil Site Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to manage and oversee construction projects in the industrial and residential sectors, ensuring that all activities comply with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is conducted safely and in compliance with engineering plans and project specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all construction activities and materials meet required standards.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting any issues that may affect the project timeline or budget.
• Resource Management: Plan and manage resources, including manpower and equipment, to optimize site operations and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering within the industrial or residential construction sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software
• Experience with project management tools
