Role & responsibilities Conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations Managing the daily operation of construction projects Interpreting and implementing construction plans as per the project blueprint Liaising with subcontractors, architects, and other professional staff to ensure project requirements are met Assessing potential risks and implementing preventive measures to mitigate them overseeing construction activities on site and managing parts of construction projects Supervising contracted staff Preferred candidate profile Site Engineers should Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a relevant field and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a mechanical or electrical engineering setting. Looking for 3-5 years of experience in site layout, material procurement, cost estimation, and quality control.
