Project Manager Department: Project Execution & Planning Location: Vapi & Silvassa Reporting To: Director Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days: 6 days/week (1 weekly off) Education: B.Tech / Construction Management Experience: B.Tech: 10 years B.Tech + Construction Management: 7 years High-rise residential buildings up to 45 meters Skills: Minimum 5 years in high-rise buildings AutoCAD, Excel, MS Project / Primavera Good communication (English, Hindi & Gujarati) Executed at least 5 lakh sq. ft. project within 3 years Salary: ₹80,000/month Age: 35–45 years Gender: Male Travel: Local – Yes (with reimbursement), Outstation – No Paid Leaves: 6/year Accommodation: Yes (for outstation candidates) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Experience: Construction Management: 7 years (Preferred) • High-rise residential buildings: 5 years (Preferred) Location: Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli (Preferred) Work Location: In person
