About the Role:

Civil Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects from inception to handover.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and integrate MEP work (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) into the overall project schedule.
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets; ensure resource optimization.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure project adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, BOQs, and timelines.
• Ensure effective risk management and timely resolution of site issues or project delays.
• Lead project team members, assign tasks, and ensure accountability and performance.
• Review and approve construction drawings, technical submittals, and materials.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and project lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in executing infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage, utilities, etc.
• In-depth understanding of MEP systems and coordination processes.
• Excellent project planning and management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
