Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong experience in civil project execution, contractor management, billing verification, and general procurement. The role involves coordinating on-site activities, ensuring quality & safety compliance, managing vendor relationships, and handling complete end-to-end billing and documentation processes. The candidate should be self-driven, structured in approach, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution & Site Coordination
  • Oversee day-to-day civil and interior project activities at site.
  • Ensure project work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth project progress.
  • Monitor work quality and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Billing & Documentation
  • Prepare, verify, and certify contractor/vendor bills based on BOQ, measurements, and site progress.
  • Maintain measurement books, work order records, and project progress reports.
  • Support in cost control and budget tracking; highlight deviations proactively.
  • Work with Finance/Admin teams for timely payment processing and closure.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Identify vendors, float RFQs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate terms.
  • Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement logs, and track material delivery.
  • Ensure material quality standards are met and aligned with project requirements.
  • Maintain vendor performance records and support onboarding of new vendors.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to company procurement processes and documentation policies.
  • Maintain project audit readiness with proper documentation and approvals.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong knowledge of civil works, interiors, and fit-out execution.
  • Proficiency in BOQ, rate analysis, measurement & billing.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and vendor negotiation.
  • Hands-on with AutoCAD (reading drawings), MS Excel, and project tracking tools.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage timelines.
