Civil Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are hiring a Civil Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in infrastructure projects related to Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and Water Supply systems . The candidate will be responsible for coordinating all civil engineering activities at project sites, ensuring smooth execution as per quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage day-to-day civil works for STP/WTP/Water Supply projects. Interpret civil drawings, designs, and BOQs; ensure implementation at site. Plan and track work schedules, material requirements, and manpower allocation. Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and contractors for timely execution. Monitor civil construction progress, quality, and adherence to project timelines. Maintain documentation of site activities, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and material logs. Ensure compliance with safety norms and environmental regulations. Support project billing and quantity surveying activities. Assist in resolving site-level issues and ensuring effective resource management. Qualifications B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering Additional Information Key Skills & Competencies Solid understanding of civil construction in STP, WTP, and pipeline works. Proficient in reading drawings and using civil engineering tools/software. Strong coordination and communication abilities. Good knowledge of safety, quality standards, and project reporting.
