Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day civil maintenance work of plant buildings, internal roads, drains, and structures.
• Inspect civil infrastructure and identify repair, renovation, or modification needs.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for civil maintenance and minor construction jobs.
• Prepare material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure completion as per plan.
• Maintain documentation of daily activities, repair reports, and material consumption.
• Ensure all civil work is performed as per safety and quality standards.
• Support project and engineering teams for layout modifications and site supervision.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance and construction activities.
• Understanding of drawings, BOQ, and estimation.
• Ability to handle contractor supervision and workforce management.
• Good communication, planning, and reporting skills.

Reporting To: Civil / Maintenance HeadSalary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
