Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial civil projects. Analyze architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and project documents. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors. Track material and labor costs to ensure budget compliance. Support tendering and bidding with timely cost breakdowns. Required Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
