Job Description / Responsibilities Design and Analysis: Develop detailed designs for civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water supply systems. Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools for drafting and modeling. Project Management: Oversee project phases from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications. Site Inspections: Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Collaboration : Work closely with architects, planners, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and efficient project delivery. Documentation : Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation for project bids. Maintain accurate records of project progress and budgets. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs and construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to provide updates and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Desired profile of the candidate Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
