Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for the development and construction of solar power plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the civil engineering aspects of the project, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning: Participate in project planning, including reviewing and commenting on project designs, schedules, and budgets. 2. Civil Design: Review and approve civil designs, including site layouts, grading plans, and drainage systems. 3. Construction Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. 4. Site Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. 5. Permitting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and approvals. 6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction. 7. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify areas for cost optimization. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the renewable energy sector. 3. Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent. 4. Skills: Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction management, and project planning. 5. Software: Proficiency in civil engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit.
