Job Title: Civil Engineer Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: [Full-Time/Permanent] Department: Engineering Reports To: Managing Director / Managing Authority Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with civil engineering design software, and a thorough understanding of construction methods and project management. Key Responsibilities: Design and plan infrastructure projects including roads, buildings, and water supply systems Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers Oversee construction activities and provide technical guidance on-site Review and approve project drawings, plans, and specifications Manage risks and address any project issues that arise Monitor environmental, health, and safety standards on-site Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain it preferred 3+ years of civil engineering experience Proficiency with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, STAAD Pro) Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites Preferred Skills: Experience with sustainable and green infrastructure projects Knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting processes Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Salary: Competitive and based on experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Construction management: 5 years (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Location: Meerut, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 22/05/2025
