Job Description

Review shop drawings • Value add during service design stage, construction stage • Prepare check and approve Bar Bending Schedule • Monitor site progress, prepare & monitor schedule. • Issue Non -Quality Reports and provide solutions on Workfront. • Quantity re-measurement & Invoice certification • In/ Out Material control/complete records of drgs changes and tracker • Ensured method statements compliance. • Coordinate with Consultants/architect and resolve drawing ambiguities. • Raise request for drawing information and follow-up with Architect • Review targets on daily; weekly and monthly basis • RA Bill Certification and verification of the measurements • Material receiving checklists • Ensure on-site presence during concrete pours. • Check field tests; lab tests for compaction; cubes, etc. and sign off. • Responsible for the site safety and safety checklist/daily Tool-box
