Job Title: Civil Engineer – Founding Project Lead 📍 Location: Bangalore 🏢 Company: Nexora – Building Trust with Quality Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month + Incentives Type: Full-time with leadership potential and optional Equity/ Profit share after 6–12 months. We’re going to be a Passionate Team driven by Design, Quality and Timely Execution. ⸻ Role Overview We’re looking for a technically sound and execution-focused Civil Engineer/Architect to join our founding team. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is ready to take ownership of end-to-end project execution. As our Founding Project Lead, you’ll play a critical role in setting up systems, driving on-site execution and supporting government project compliance. You’ll also assist in company-building activities including vendor onboarding, documentation, and pre-tender estimations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage complete project execution, from planning to delivery • Set up internal systems for execution, documentation, and vendor management • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation for both private and PWD/government projects • Coordinate with architects, Clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors • Supervise sites to ensure quality, safety, timeline, and budget compliance • Support project billing, documentation, and compliance processes ⸻ Requirements • Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering /BArch • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation • Strong communication, team coordination, and negotiation skills • Familiarity with government project processes (PWD or similar) is a plus • Must be self-driven, proactive, and ready to work in a startup environment • Willing to travel to project sites. ⸻ This role offers leadership potential and the opportunity to grow into a Core Team/Co-Founder position with profit share or equity based on performance.
