Civil Engineer

ABOUT US :

GECS Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. is a NABL and BIS accredited construction material testing laboratory based in Ambala Cantt. We test interlocking tiles, concrete, soil, aggregates, and other building materials for contractors, builders, and companies. Our startup is 5 years old and growing, and we are looking for a dedicated person to join our lab team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Testing various building materials like tiles, concrete, soil, and aggregates
• Operating laboratory machines and equipment
• Recording and maintaining accurate test results
• Preparing test reports on the computer
• Sharing finalized reports with contractors/clients
• Assisting in day-to-day laboratory tasks
• Maintaining lab cleanliness, calibration, and safety standards

WHO CAN APPLY :

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Freshers are welcome
• Basic understanding of construction materials (preferred)
• Must know basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel)
• Responsible, disciplined, and eager to learn
• Able to work full-time in a laboratory environment

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Civil Engineering fundamentals
• Basic lab testing awareness (training will be provided)
• Computer reporting and documentation
• Accuracy, attention to detail
• Good teamwork and communication

SALARY:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on qualification and performance.
