Job Description

Apeejay Education Society is looking for Civil Engineer for their projects at Mumbai. Base Location :- Kharghar, Navi Mumbai Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Execution: Oversee site activities to ensure timely project execution within budget and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to meet project requirements. Monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges. 2. MEP Coordination: Supervise MEP installations and ensure integration with civil works. Collaborate with MEP consultants to align with project specifications. 3. Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and submit all necessary documentation, including project reports, schedules, and compliance paperwork. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. 4. Quality Control and Safety: Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards. Implement safety measures on-site and provide guidance to the team. 5. Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress and issues to management. Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders. 6. Billing and Cost Management: Prepare, verify, and process contractor and vendor bills. Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to the budget.
