Job Title: Civil Engineer – Ethanol Division Location: Muzaffarpur, Bihar Experience: 5–7 Years Department: Projects & Infrastructure Company: Naturals Dairy Pvt. Ltd. (Ethanol Division) Job Summary: We are looking for a competent Civil Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to oversee and manage civil construction and infrastructure activities at our ethanol manufacturing facility in Muzaffarpur. The candidate will ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of civil works in compliance with design, specifications, and statutory norms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and supervise all civil construction activities including foundations, structures, drainage, and roadworks. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Prepare BOQs, material estimates, and monitor costs to ensure budget compliance. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards during site operations. Manage site documentation, daily progress reports, and work measurement records. Liaise with procurement and project teams for material approvals and logistics. Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 5–7 years of experience in industrial civil construction (preferably in ethanol, distillery, or similar process industries). Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methods, and site management. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and civil estimation software. Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
