Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed building drawings like site plans, layout plans, floor plans, sections, and elevation drawings for municipal submissions Draft infrastructure drawings for roads, drainage, water supply, sewer lines, and public utilities Revise drawings as per comments received from municipal authorities and senior professionals Ensure all drawings comply with Development Control Regulations (DCR), zoning rules, and local building by-laws Coordinate with architects and engineers for clarifications and revisions Maintain records, drawing logs, and version control Convert hand-drawn sketches and survey data into accurate digital drawings Support in preparation of documents required for BOQ, tenders, and approvals Conduct site verification visits when required Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software Knowledge of municipal building laws, building bye-laws, and approval processes Understanding of building construction methods and materials Accuracy and attention to detail Good coordination and communication skills Ability to interpret technical documents and survey drawings Basic knowledge of MS Office
