Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolhapur for a Civil Design Engineer Faculty. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in civil engineering design, conducting practical training sessions, delivering instructional content on topics such as land development and roadway design, and guiding students in hands-on projects. They will also provide insights into industry standards while fostering a learning environment that promotes skill development and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Civil Engineering Design, including planning and executing design processes
• In-depth understanding of Storm water Management and related environmental considerations
• Experience and knowledge in Land Development and Roadway Design
• Proficiency in the principles and standards of Civil Engineering
• Excellent communication and teaching skills to effectively mentor students
• Ability to deliver practical, industry-relevant training and engage students in hands-on learning
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous teaching or industry experience is a plus
