City Sales Executive

As an Admission Counsellor at our company, your role will be to provide complete admission related information to the students and guide them through the admission process for JEE/NEET exams. You will be required to connect with local schools and coaching centers to establish relationships and promote our unique learning approach in your city. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with potential customers (parents and students) to schedule meetings and provide counseling on our learning methods. - Take up revenue responsibility and work towards meeting sales targets in this hybrid sales model. - Meet with JEE/NEET students through various mediums to offer guidance and counseling. - The role is target-based, with incentives for top performance. Qualification Required: - Education Qualification: Any Graduate in Any Specialization, preferably with a bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology. - Experience: 0-2 years of counseling experience in the education domain. Freshers with a passion for counseling can also apply. - Strong skills in active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal interactions. - Willingness to support students in making important career decisions and providing ongoing guidance.
