As we expand into new cities, we are looking for a dynamic City Manager who will take complete ownership of sales, operations, and city profitability from Day 1. This role is not just about selling —it’s about running a city like your own business. You will be the sole driving force behind sales, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall city growth . Your performance will directly impact the company’s expansion and your career progression to City Director . Responsibilities 1. Complete City Ownership Full control over city-level revenue, costs, and profitability . Strategically plan and execute sales & operational initiatives to maximize efficiency and growth. Continuously optimize processes to improve margins and ensure sustainable scaling. 2. Aggressive Sales & Business Development Your goal is to close deals with colleges, hostels, and corporates. Identify high-potential institutions and pitch JustVend’s vending solutions with a sharp, ROI-focused approach. Build strong relationships with decision-makers, deans, facility managers, and business owners . Own the entire sales cycle —from lead generation to contract closure and onboarding. 3. Operational Execution & Efficiency Ensure seamless installation, replenishment, and maintenance of vending machines. Manage warehouse operations , monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the procurement team. Work closely with warehouse managers and operations executives to maintain 100% uptime and service quality . 4. Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution Proactively address customer concerns and ensure a frictionless vending experience. Optimize machine placement and product assortment based on demand and trends. Implement strategies to increase repeat usage and maximize revenue per machine. 5. Growth & Team Building Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they align with JustVend’s high-performance culture. Work closely with the leadership team to shape city expansion strategies .
