Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to promote our studio apartments, service apartments and guest houses. · Handling the Operations and Management of the Serviced Apartments block (2 bedroom) in Kondapur. Meeting the sales targets set by management for this property and subsequent properties Managed . · Supporting Team in identifying prospective candidate properties which can be converted into Serviced Apartments. · Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve business objectives · Identifying and targeting potential clients in the hotel industry, services apartment, and guest houses sector · Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing and new clients · Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities · Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients · Negotiating and closing business deals to meet or exceed sales targets · Monitoring industry competitors and staying updated on market dynamics · Providing regular reports and insights to the management team · You required to travel outstation as per business requirements.
