Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven City Head-Sales to lead our city Syndicate vertical and take charge of driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Sales Operations : Take full ownership of sales operations in the city, driving growth by expanding the customer base and increasing sales revenue. Channel Partner Management : Onboard, develop, and nurture strong relationships with key channel partners. Build a high-performing channel network that aligns with business objectives. Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and implement city-specific sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Focus on new customer acquisition, business retention, and optimizing sales processes. Team Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Ensure your team has the right tools, training, and motivation to succeed. Foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate Across Functions : Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and marketing initiatives that support business objectives. Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate businesses, associations, and other stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value customers. Business Intelligence & Market Expansion : Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Implement strategies to capture market share and drive business growth in the city. Performance Analysis & Reporting : Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Use data and insights to refine strategies, improve processes, and achieve better results. What We re Looking For: Proven Sales Leadership :Track record of success in sales leadership and business growth. Experience in Channel Sales or Real Estate : A background in managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and working with channel partners is a plus. Experience in real estate or similar industries is highly desirable. Strong Negotiation & Coordination Skills : Excellent negotiating skills and closing deals, and have a proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to get results.
