As a City Head Sales (Commercial Leasing & Managed Office Spaces) in Hyderabad with a leading organization in the Commercial Real Estate & Managed Office Spaces industry, you will play a crucial role in driving city-level growth and strategic expansion. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the sales strategy for the city to drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability. - Taking full P&L ownership with a strong focus on pricing, inventory, and cost control. - Managing and mentoring a high-performing city sales team. - Driving enterprise client acquisition and closing large-value leasing deals. - Building deep relationships with IPCs, brokers, and channel partners. - Overseeing market expansion, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying new centers. - Ensuring strong governance, reporting, MIS, and compliance metrics. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8-12 years of experience in commercial real estate, co-working, business centers, or leasing. - 3-5 years in city/cluster leadership roles. - Proven track record in achieving occupancy, revenue & P&L targets. - Strong relationships with IPCs such as JLL, CBRE, Colliers, Knight Frank, Cushman, etc. - Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - MBA preferred.
