Read on… Have you got an awesome appetite for ? ● Regional Business Leadership: Full responsibility for geography level demand & supply – with accountability for revenue, profitability & Customer experience for the region. ● Maximizing Revenue: Develop city-specific strategies to identify growth opportunities, drive penetration and manage channel mix effectively. ● Driving Profitability: Maximizing Gross Margin, Operating Margin & CM1 at a city level through effective management of pricing, mix and last mile efficiency. ● Product Portfolio & Pricing: Tailor selection based on city preferences, ensure availability and deploy competitive, customized pricing strategies to maximize revenue & profitability. ● Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high service standards by addressing delivery challenges, monitoring feedback, and enhancing customer experience. ● Cross Functional Collaboration: Active collaboration & alignment with Category, Brand, Consumer Insights, Supply Chain teams to achieve city-level goals. ● Data Driven Strategy: Use analytics to forecast demand, optimize pricing and refine strategies by monitoring, traffic, conversion and order values.
