Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a City Head-Mumbai at BASIC Home Loan. The City Head will be responsible for overseeing the business operations in Mumbai, managing and expanding the network of home loan agents, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The City Head will lead the strategy for market growth, monitor the performance of agents, conduct training sessions, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Networking skills
• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Sales Forecasting
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a large team
• Understanding of the financial services or mortgage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
