BASIC Home Loan is committed to making housing more accessible and #ChangingHomeLoansForGood. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CITY Head, located in Chandigarh. The CITY Head will be responsible for overseeing the operations within the city, managing a team of home loan agents, ensuring targets are met, and providing strategic direction. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including financial institutions and local authorities, to facilitate home loan disbursements. The CITY Head will also mentor and train agents, monitor performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Leadership and team management experience Knowledge of home loan processes and regulations Strong communication and networking skills Sales and target-driven mindset Problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in the financial services or real estate industry is a plus Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Show more Show less
