Job Summary: As the City Head , you will be responsible for driving growth, managing city-level operations, and ensuring market expansion for Gintaa in your assigned city. You will oversee restaurant onboarding, demand generation, supply-side management, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food-tech industry, a data-driven approach, and a proven track record of leadership and execution. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the citys business plan, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and vision. Market Expansion: Identify and onboard restaurant partners, ensuring an optimal mix of supply to meet customer demand. Sales & Business Development: Build and manage relationships with key restaurant partners to drive growth and profitability. Operational Excellence: Oversee order fulfillment, customer experience, and service quality in collaboration with delivery partners and internal teams. Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing city team, including sales, operations, and marketing personnel. Demand Generation: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute city-level campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, identify key growth levers, and optimize city operations accordingly. Partnership & Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with local stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in business development, operations, or general management roles, preferably in food-tech, e-commerce, or hyperlocal startups. Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to drive teams towards performance targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics tools and Excel. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
