Read o n… Key Responsibilities ● Maximizing Revenue and Profitabili ty: Develop city-specific strategies to identify growth opportunities, manage costs, and improve supply chain efficienc y ● Enhancing Market Re ach: Design targeted campaigns and interventions for underserved areas, leveraging customer data to refine delivery zones and drive penetrati on ● Product Portfolio and Pric ing: Tailor product offerings to city preferences, ensure availability of popular items, and implement competitive pricing strateg ies ● Customer Satisfac tion: Maintain high service standards by addressing delivery challenges, monitoring feedback, and enhancing the customer experi ence ● City-Specific Initi atives: Launch tailored programs to address unique demands, such as festivals or regional specialties, to boost customer lo yalty ● Cross-Functional Collab oration: Align efforts across operations, procurement, logistics, and marketing teams to achieve city-level goals.
