City Chef

As a City Chef, your role involves taking care of a specific region within your territory and ensuring successful machine demos while creating an unforgettable experience for customers/clients. You will report to the Culinary Head within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes using equipment such as Wokie, Eco-pan, Fryers, Rico, Combi Oven, Speed Oven, and Dosamatic according to customer requirements. - Collaborate with customers to build or modify their menus using our automated equipment. - Support the Sales Team and Service Engineers during client visits to showcase various menu preparations possible with our machines. - Assist the Culinary Head in developing new menu items and recipes. - Supervise the Experience Centre's maintenance and ensure compliance with food safety standards in your region. - Maintain customer satisfaction by demonstrating quality and helping reduce food costs on our machines. - Familiarize yourself with food preparation procedures, storage protocols, and sanitization practices. - Have a thorough understanding of all menu items, their recipes, production methods, and presentation standards. - Foster positive working relationships across different departments. - Solicit feedback and promptly communicate any arising issues at an early stage. - Be willing to travel as needed based on business demands. Qualification Required: - A graduate in Hotel Management or a Culinary Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.,
