Position : CIRCLE HEAD Exp : 10+ Location: Raipur, Chattisgarh. JOB SUMMARY: Conduct market potential assessments and feasibility studies for various telecom passive infrastructure components used at telecom sites. Finalize technical specifications based on market requirements for telecom infrastructure items such as DG sets, tower shelters, PIUs, SMPS, servo stabilizers, fire alarm systems, battery banks, lightning protection systems, DC-DC converters, etc. Explore and develop comprehensive solutions as a service provider for telecom site infrastructure.Ensure effective implementation of new initiatives as defined by senior management, aligning with organizational goals and objectives. Carry out vendor evaluation, negotiations, and detailed techno-commercial analysis to optimize sourcing strategies.Optimize equipment selection, shelter layout designs, and DG set ratings to enhance overall efficiency. Analyze daily energy consumption and other OPEX parameters, implementing effective measures to minimize operational expenses. Develop and maintain standard technical documentation (Quality Manual) including processes, guidelines, drawings, telecom documentation, and specifications for critical components.Oversee project planning, site coordination, monitoring, execution, and preparation of comprehensive handover documentation. Drive business development within the assigned circle, focusing on cost control and timely collection of payments in line with set targets.Maintain regular interaction with internal teams and customers, ensuring preferred vendor status across all customer accounts. Ensure achievement of volume and revenue targets for the circle in alignment with the business plan.
